Job Title: Software Development Engineer
Key Responsibilites:
- Implement software systems for client/server & mobile embedded
systems for Windows Mobile, Smartphone, Symbian OS & Palm
OS devices using Metrowerks
- Implement software systems for Codewarrior, Carbide.vs, Win32
API, MFC, STL, ATL, COM Interfaces and .Net Compact Framework
- Implement, integrate & optimize multi-threaded imaging
algorithms, hardware & OEM SDK's
- Implement multi-channel network communications (TCP/IP, WinInet,
WinHttp, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, SMS, IrDA), XML Web Services,
SQL-Server/Oracle synchronization objects, stored procedures,
functions, packages & triggers
- Implement SDK's & develop libraries
- Carry out all tasks at the highest level of quality
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems
- 5+ years software development experience
- Highly skilled C++ [rpgrammer with experience on multiple
Operating Systems
- Experience programming using Smartphone, Pocket PC, and Windows
Mobile libraries
- Grasp of the relationships between processes, threads, windows/dialogs/forms,
event queues, and event dispatch and handling mechanisms on mobile
devices
- Working knowledge of memory management, file systems, I/O,
graphics, resource and communcations subsystems on mobile devices
- Ability to provide engineering specifications and techical
design documents
- Familiarity with software engineering project life cycles
